Korean Scallion Pancake

1. Go to the Asian grocery and buy pancake mix
2. Follow the directions on pancake mix. 1 c. + 3/4 c. water depending on the brand.
3. Add scallions and other desired vegetables (peppers, carrots, zucchini, etc.) Add seafood if you like (we used scallops, shrimp).
4. Pan fry!
